Canela PawScan is a digital measurement tool that captures canine paw dimensions for custom-fit products.

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accurate results depend on scans taken exactly as instructed in the app and our guidelines: correct paw positioning, proper lighting, included reference markers, and full paw area.

Sizing or fit issues caused by scans that don't follow the guidelines are deemed user error. Canela Labs is not liable, no free refunds or replacements, and you cover any re-measurement or shipping costs.

By using PawScan, you accept that accurate measurement depends on following the instructions, and that non-compliance voids any sizing-accuracy guarantee.

Prices are listed at checkout and may change without notice.

Payment is required in full before production begins.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, excluding cases under Section 3.

All content, trademarks, and technology are owned by or licensed to Canela Labs.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canela Labs' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
